HHR’s Operations and Management section oversees the coordination and administration of research projects under the partnership. This section ensures the comprehensive coordination and administration of all research activities across its sites—Kersa, Water, Haramaya, and Harar—and sections, including Clinical, Social and Behavioural Sciences, IT, and Laboratory.  Its primary goal is to ensure that projects are managed efficiently and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. The Operations and Management team comprises an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Accountant, Construction Engineer, Communications Officer, and 26 transversal team members.
