The problem of food insecurity has wide diversity and multiple dimensions, which ranges from the global, regional, country, local, household to individual level. However, more attention is given to the country level so far. Moreover, the various, complex and interrelated causes of household food security at household level is less conducted and needs attention by government and researchers. Therefore, this review paper to show that on impacts of climate change on household food security specifically in Ethiopia the study which are conducted by different researchers at different area of the country at household level.
1.2. Justification
The significance of this seminar paper is to review that the impact of climate change that should have a major impact on the household food security of Ethiopia which affecting crop production, livestock production and livelihoods of people living in urban and rural area of the country because of long term shifts in temperature and precipitation and also to indicator recommend interventions based on theoretical review and empirical evidences.
